Her name's Jennie Finch. She's hot in that heavily made-up, sorority girl kinda-way.

synchronized diving. wait, that the dumbest sport in the olympics, my bad.
Shooting. Did you see that dumbass shoot the wrong target. Goodbye medal…

I can play both of these in my back yard.
have you actually watched the action? some of the best competition you could hope to see…shame every match is Korea vs. Korea.
gymnastics.
the olympics are seriously outdated and are totally worthless.
no you didn't

and I strongly disagree - both these sports are extremely exciting when played competitively

just because I can run in my back yard does that make the 100 meters boring?

that's what i was going to say. i caught a little of the ping pong and while i got tired of it after a while, it wasn't that bad. those asian players are hitting those balls pretty damn hard. much better than say sailing or shooting as others have mentioned.

These are some of the most popular sports in Asia. Americans here just don't understand it.
I agree. I used to make fun of it as well before I was actually taught to play it the right way, like they do in the olympics. Playing it that way is much better, faster, challenging, and better excercise than even tennis. I now play from time to time with the PE Teacher (since he taught me) where I teach. Don't knock it, till you try it.

the firmness of the ball
the size of the ball, the pitching, infield is all dirt instead of grass, and the distance from homeplate to the pitcher's mound is like a third of the distance than baseball. so the ball seems like it is coming much faster, which leads to less reaction time. this is why barry bonds pussed out and wouldn't face the US softball pitcher like a lot of other baseball players did. Most likely he is still just a wimp.

A litte exaggeration my friend?
not really, I mean, are you gonna sweat more playing tennis versus table tennis - probably

but I'd agree with him on the better, faster and more challenging - you need amazing hand-eye coordination and lightning fast reflexes - then again I've played competitively and love the sport whereas you're exposure has probably been limited to a few games of beer pong

Softball players have bigger balls, and looking at those girls, that's quite obvious!

Actually my parents had a ping pong table in the basement when I was growing up and my bro has one with his new house. So the few games of beer pong theory has been thrown out the window. I guess I could say what you said in reverse, I play competitive tennis so thats probably why I lean towards the tennis part as having more exercise. Either way they are both fun sports and not boring to play or watch in my opinion.

Beach volleyball! what's next? sandcastle building or burying dad in the sand?
Those table tennis players don't have the skills of Lamar of the revered Tri Lams.

I actually thought women's beach volleyball was one of the more captivating events. Did you see the size of their uniforms? And some of them looked like actual women too…attractive.

If I want porn I watch porn.

And I disagree on the attractiveness of them too. I don't find 9 foot tall women very sexy.
Norway and Brasil…

Yeah, instead you can drool in front of the tv watching men in tight shorts with socks up to their knee's kicking their ball up and down the field.
