This show, in particular, and it's presale was announced via the Volume newsletter (actual snail mail). You should sign up for that. Also, we often have presales or soft sales (not announced on the main page) announced through the weekly email mailing list. If you'd like information on how to sign up for either/both, either PM myself or post in the FAQ forum and someone will be glad to help.

I often help people sign up for the mailing lists or whatever. I tried to give away the presale password in this thread. I'm nuanced like that.
