I could see him hating it just because it is loud. He has to be the guy who wants things the quietest I have ever seen. Supposedly he has major ear problems that make loud noises painful.

I've never met Sasha Frere-Jones, but based on his writing in the New Yorker I'm going to assume he doesn't love Country music and doesn't respect the genius of Toby Keith. And frankly, that makes him a rascist.
