i'm worried about the roads too, i think alot of this snow will melt during the day and re-freeze tonight, making everything nasty. I'm probably going to have to sit this one out.. any chance 9:30 will offer a refund??

Not if the show goes on. Which it should; conditions in the District are not bad at all – roads are clear and there's only a few inches of snow. I hear you on the freezing roads, but if the show goes on, it's a choice you're making.

Doubt you will have a problem with a cab. If worse comes to worse, though I can't say, I bet the 9:30 staph would call one if you ended up waiting too long afterwards.
Better yet, if you have a cell phone, get some cab company phone numbers now to take with you. It's a pretty busy location and usually full of cabs even late at night.
This snow is going to melt fast. It's like a Spring or March snow. The ground isn't frozen and the air is generally warmish. As someone stated above, it's the icy night roads you will have to watch out for. Oh, and the nuts who refuse to change their driving patterns to compensate for such. I95 and other main roads will be fine and even overly salted. It's some of the secondary roads and side streets that might be tough in some places.
Baltimore Shitty will out and out suck because their snow removal is almost non-existant. Other Maryland counties will be okay though. Can't speak for Virginia but I bet it will be better than Baltimore Shitty.
As usual, a lot depends on your travel area. Not everyone who attends the DC clubs lives in and confine their travels to the District which is generally pretty easy to get around in during any snow storm. Parking will generally be even tougher than usual but I bet there will be a few extra slots open in the lot tonight.

if you drive tonight the roads will ice up and you will crash and die and then the kids will steal your car and your cloths and leave you naked in the street. go for it.

Supergrass never disappoints. The only 90s Britpop band still getting it done. Gaz is an awesome frontman. He commanded the stage by himself with the solo acoustic opening of St. Petersburg. The acoustic versions of Fuzz and Sit Up Straight put a nice twist to a couple songs they've done hundereds of times. The grass performed most of Road to Rouen (which is starting to really grow on me). Kick in the Teeth was especially rockin', as was Tales of Endurance. From L.O.O.P: Rush Hour Soul and Grace. Self-titled: Moving, Pumping on the Stereo, and Mary. In it for the Money: Richard III and Sun Hits the Sky (both were killer). Coco: The two previously mentioned, plus Strange Ones and Lenny (which closed the set). I also believe a new song was performed. It was a much heavier tune than the material found on Road, which is good because it means they haven't lost their edge. Although, it does appear that Gaz is beginning to lose his hair. A developing bald spot looks to be emerging. God, that makes me feel old…

Wow…sounds fantastic. Thanks for the report! No "Late in the Day" though, huh? I've always loved that song.
