Did anyone get tickets? I logged in at 1pm and they were already sold out.
FF / DCFC at DAR
I got row P, orchestra. I turned them down. I'm sure I can get better tickets in the regular sale.
No. I'm very sad. I hope I get some in the sale…I missed them last time b/c I was sick.

It seemed to sell out in about 2 seconds. No luck here.
The better tickets will go on sale on Saturday during the general sale. I had much better luck with Pixies tickets than I did in the presale.
two in row "J" here. Can't complain about that. First section of seats is a little too close for me anywho.

Wait, seating is assigned? oh god, maybe I don't want to see this show.
I still think this show should be at Merriweather due to demand in ticket sales.

Should anyone care, the Ticketmaster site says DCFC will be playing last.
The thing I read said both bands will be playing full sets on this tour.
it's not worth the price to have to go to dar and then leave before dcfc.
plus, it's at dar.
BURN BURN BURN

You guys should read the uprising over at DCist about the posting of pre-sale links for the DCFC/FF show. I'm glad I don't have an urge to see this. Can you imagine an audience full of these choads!

and for all of you who complain about concerts a DAR i dedicate to you track four "The World's Smallest Violin" from the album "These Times Are Good" by the High Strung.
I actually don't care about DAR, I just think the show has a demand large enough be at a bigger place.
The Cribs are now opening all of these shows, by the way.

this is one of those rare instances where an all year round merriweather configuration would make sense… the 5k inside seating in that venue would be a better alternative than DAR, Stratmore, or any of the smaller local arenas… so how many grand old DC movie theaters got torn down in the name of progress? one of the few things they did right in detroit was revitalize some of the downtown movie theaters into concert venues.
The indoor amphitheatre configuration is what they do up at the Tweeter Center in lovely Camden, NJ. DCFC and FF are playing there that Saturday night 4/8. On sale now for those of you willing to do a Philly road trip.
10:04 still closed…WTF?
