Not exactly my cup of tea as far as music (hence ministry show) but my gf likes them, just wondering how they are live and if I should catch them or not.
anyone catch le tigre live before?
an amazing party the last four times i saw them.
oh, wait. i've only seen 'em four times.

i'd recommend going only if there's a bj in it for you before and after the event. if ministry's a cup of tea, well, le tigre is a glade plug-in airfreshner with a strapon-dildo attached to it.
Wow, I may have to think about this one.

You might check out the their recent studio set on Morning Becomes Eclectic. Archived video at Kcrw.org, click on the MBE page.
Went there mainly to see Out Hud open, left about half way through the Le Tigre set, got old quick. Although Ian MacKaye did touch my shoulder during that show which was rad.

is it true that "Le Tigre" means "The Tiger?"
Yes, like El Niño means The Niño.
And El Guapo means The….
I saw them last year… got annoyed because they kept starting songs over cause their fancy video graphics accompaniment wasn't working properly. Hate it when technology (which in this case didn't really add anything) gets in the way of the music.
Their performance was kinda mediocre too.
