dont you think it would be at least mildly amusing to go…..

Some of the songs are not even completey terrible. "the beautiful people" is straight from the gary glitter book of songwriting.

Not even a $10 show for me but if I could get in for free and up for it, I wouldn't mind. I actually like some of his songs, like that drug song, which I have no clue what it's called. Others, I can't stand. (Not that I'm familiar with all that many of them.)
I'd go to Andrew WK before I'd see MM.

Hell, I'd see Stryper before I'd see MM. Now that would be sort of amusing. MM would just be dumb.
I like the 20 seconds of that Manson song that they play as the Caps skate onto the ice before a game….other than that, he's a friggin idiot, and his acne faced "sk8ter-bois" that are his fan base are welcome to him.
I wouldn't pay money to see MM, but I suppose a few songs are OK. I'm glad I'm going to see Echo & the Bunnymen in NYC that night instead!

Getting a little defensive of ol' Marilyn aren't you? Don't get your sk8board in a halfipe!
We'l be in NYC that night, but we're holding out in hopes of getting tickets for the Subpop showcase that night.
