Is there any way i can get a refund or anything for my ticket. I wasn't able to go because of the storm and i was just wondering if they had any policy on returns and such.

I think Seth posted that you could exchange the tickets for another comparably priced show…
The word according to Seth (the club owner):
"as in all of these emergency situations, we would be happy to exchange your unused ticket for another show. call the club for details."
I would assume that it is exchange only as oppossed to refunds, which is A O K by me. ;) I have contacted the club myself and there are a few very reasonable restrictions.

So i called the club, and tried to get my tickets switched to see french kicks w/ hot hot heat and they told me to email julie@930.com so i did but i have not gotten an email back, its been two days and i dont know what to do since the concert is like 2 days from now. HELP!!

I just now found out about the whole exchange thing. Is it too late to request an exchange?
