These are the four posters for The Decemberists' "The Long and The Short of It" Tour, one for each night at the 9:30 Club. They are 4 colors, 12.5 x 19 inches, silkscreened on heavy brown paper. They are all individual posters, though uncuts are available (see below for combos) that fit together making one large poster. You can see details at El Jefe Design.

I am trying tinypics.com so I hope these show up alright for everybody.

i remembered you mentioning earlier they would be available and i'd been waiting ever since.

how many uncuts are there?

I'm not even going to this but that top one is so adoreable I must buy it. I love your posters, but you rarely do them for the shows I like. :(

I only made five uncut and sold three so far. I am selling them ahead of the show since they will not be available and some people like to get them early to get signed and framed. They will be at the Rock-n-Shop on Dec. 8th cheaper than on the site since you will not have to pay shipping.

Oh yeah, the Thermals poster is done too which looks swank.

two small posters on each uncut sheet making two uncut posters in all just like the images above.

booo, so it would be like $150 for the two uncuts which i totally can't afford. singles it may very well have to be.

will you be at the show(s) selling them?

Yeah, they are pricey but then again, I never sell numbers that low or uncut sheets SO they get rare. Nope, will not be at the show selling these since it will conflict with the bands own merch (these are approved by the band and manager just so you know I do these legit). You can get them at my site or at Rock-n-Shop in december.

The Decemberists usually do an auction of posters they get on tour for charity and the last time mine went for upwards of 300 bucks so get them while you can.

woohoo..and its chanukkah early. my friend will be soooooooo happy. i only wish there were there some that said Terminal 5 NYC. ah well - beggars cant be choosers.

huh? how does that work? they gave you permission to make posters for the show, as long as you don't sell them at the show? if so, is this a typical arrangement?

damn this SUCKS! i was just making plans for tomorrow to meet up with some friends at the show. better i found out now vs showing up at the theater and finding out there.

Hopefully making cash. I just picked up the uncut posters (hopefully…unless he sold out). They're just too sweet to pass up.
