what's crutchfields? i ordered his from bestbuy but also looked on the xm website for specials on there too.

Nah, mine was bought at the last minute, pretty much. Is the form in the package? It was bought from Best Buy.

It's an enthusiast's magazine. They've got all sorts of trinkets and gadgets in there.

I'm off to bestbuy at lunchtime so I'll see were they have the forms….it's just a form that came in the shipping box, not the box for the unit.
