That is awesome - great news for the band (and D.C music for that matter.) I listen to Woxy when I am at work. Although I missed this program, I will keep an ear out for future spins…

Network bastards at work have blocked streams. I can't listen to WOXY all day any longer.

I keep bailing at the last minute on these Cartel shows. I finally brokedown and just ordered the EP from the website. Love it. I'm definitely going to try harder to get to a show soon.

I heard the song, but really wasn't paying attention (damn work), but then it caught my ear - great song. So I turned up the volume, and went to woxy.com to see who it was. Yea, Cartel!

I didn't care much for Jadetree…then he grew up and became Pollard…and I grew to luv him despite his dislike for Oasis which is usually a deal-breaker…

oh yeah..the Woxy thing…it's been pretty damn cool and all of us are chuffed to bits…i think they actually mentioned we'll be playing in NYC this Saturday…and our website traffic has gone up 42%…so slowly but surely things are happening on the Cartel camp…much of it thanks to you lot..so thanks from Cartel.

For those of you who've asked about our 7"…it's coming out in the UK on April 11…however, there is a slight chance we may have some copies by our 3/12 gig at Iota…oh and here's the cover art by Doves' graphic artist Mat Norma www.figfilm.co.uk

I'm still not sure..maybe they won't be sold directly through us, but through Bracken Records www.brackenrecords.com

It is a limited print of 500 copies, a bunch of them will go to "tastemakers" as they say in the UK..the rest will be sold at selected stores in the UK. We may get some very limited copies for sale here in the US…I'll most likely let you guys know through here or you can always check our website for the latest news…

I was actually hoping that you being the Fortune 500 board member you'd start your own label and put some money behind us…Lulu could be our tour manager and Ginger our bodyguard/driver…Markie is of course the street-teamer…so how about it?? we could be tax deductable…
