Not sure what time it starts, but KEXP counts down their top 90.3 today, as voted on by listeners. If only work weren't blocking it.

Only goes back two weeks, you can listen to any show from the past two weeks.
They also have a complete archive of in-studio performances that go back a number of years.

99 was Blur - Crazy Beat
96 was Dandy Warhols - We Used to Be Friends
hmmm, both of those were in my top 10 (singles anyway)
wonder what the HELL they have in the Top 90???
