Ambulance Ltd Roll Call

Everyone already knows how much I love this band. Who else is going to the show?

I got tix for my wife and her posse of friends… but me?… I'm the single father for the night…. I'm hoping to flee the coup for secret machines… that's fair…. isn't it?

is ambulance the headliner, or are they co-headlining with vhs or beta? i've seen them twice as openers, and would love to see a longer set this time.

i'm definitely there, my girlfriend got me into them and brought me to their first couple of opening gigs, got me hooked … "yoga means union" is just the shit …

hey seventh samurai … do you have any word on the set length? i'd love to see them jam out a bit, i like the atmospheric elements they got going on a lot

black cat has a way of attracting a lot of random people on a saturday night … couple that with the buzz ambulance has been building up with their 15 opening gigs here in the last year or so, and i think there's a good chance for a sell out.

hell, if the wrens sell out on a friday night, and if ratatat is pretty full on a saturday, i can't see ambulance being much different

I have tickets but I might be pushing it to actaully get there. Doors open at 9:30. Any guesses as to when Ambulance will hit the stage?

According to VHS or Beta's website, they are co-headlining this tour with Ambulance. Also, according to the VHS site, VOB will be closing the show at the Black Cat. There's one opening act, then Ambulance LTD, then VOB.

It's entirely possible that the VOB site is wrong. But in my search, the only information I came across specifying a closer came from them. Every other site was ambiguous on the topic.

The Black Cat web site isn't always known for its accuracy. They had Menomena's name misspelled for a month before fixing it.

I'm going to get there by 10:00 just to be safe, either way.

ANd there is a 3rd band too, right? So if doors are 9:30, first band goes on about 10:00ish, Ambulance goes on ~11:00? Just trying to plan the arrival.

that's about right for a triple bill weekend at black cat

doors – 9:30
band 1 – 10:00
band 2 – 11:00
band 3 – 12:00

but who knows …
