Greetings one and all -
Either you love this time of year, or you hate it.
Forget about the holidays (how many of them are there now?!) and come to SACCHARINE this Friday night, December 17th.
DJ's Pogo, Medusa and Strange return to spin Indie, Britpop and Synth for you to dance to. Guest DJ Kosmo Vinyl spins early for us from 9-10 p.m.

If you are on our e-mail list, you get in for FREE until 10 p.m. But *after* 10 p.m., it is $6.

(I also posted this in a new thread).
Between Friends (the space we were going to hold SACCHARINE in) has been closed/shut down. Yesterday they had their liquor license renewal hearing and based on them apparently operating under the law for some time and being in violation of a bankruptcy code, they are being shut down (they are putting locks on the doors right now in fact!).
BUT all is not lost: We have moved SACCHARINE to a space called Zucchabar in Adams Morgan.
Everything is the same, except for the fact that this is an Ages 21+ venue (we're really sorry about this - please don't hate me Samantha!).

Friday 17 December 2004 9 p.m. - 3 a.m.
If you know where Mantis, Cashion's Eat Place and Bedrock Billiards are, well, Zucchabar is right in that same row of shops.
There will also be a Seagram's promotion so get set for free samples of Seagram's gin!
Thanks for all the enthusiasm about SACCHARINE - we're excited about the night, albeit a little bit more stressed. :)
