I haven't updated the songs on my iPod since last year. In the interim, my computer was rebuilt and not all the songs on my iPod are also on my computer. Can I add songs to my iPod without deleting those already on there?
Stupid iPod question #12
You're going to need to turn off auto-update which syncs your ipod with your library. Once this is done, you can just import the additional files to your ipod.

Cool.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Might be easier to use a program to get all your files from the ipod to the computer using a third-party application like Ephpod. Then, you can always sync your collection even if you still want to use itunes without worrying if you've moved something new over or not.
Ah yes I used to love Ephpod back in the days before Itunes for PC.
