I'm assuming that if you want two tix, you just buy one and the second ticket will magically appear in the mail or at will call.
I'm confused too! It limits me to purchasing two…is this it and there is simply no mention of the free tickets?

I just called tickets.com, and they said buy 1 ticket and then pick "will call" for pick-up. At will-call you'll have your purchased ticket, plus a free ticket waiting for you.
They should have been more clear about this, but essentially, buy what you want, then the free tickets will supposedly be there at the box office.

Called Tickets.com…just order 1 or 2 tickets max and they automatically add the second or free ticket…after 11am.

I just bought the two (needed two or four depending on schedules) figuring that they will either mail me two extra or I'll argue for a refund with my printed/timed receipt.

so if something happens - i show up and my second ticket isn't there, i'll just sell it i suppose… and be extremely annoyed.
I'd like to mention how it's fucking bullshit there is a $4 service charge for picking up your tickets at will call. What a joke.
