Ben Folds will be playing at the University of Maryland at Cole Field House on April 6. This hasn't really been publicized and I know there are a lot of fans out there. You have to go to the Stmap Student Union to buy your tickets however. $25 for GA Floor and $10 for stadium seats.

Cole Field House? Few thousand, even if they do that half stage setup they did for Muse last year.

i may be able to help you.
i went up there yesterday and the student union was closed
i'm assuming they are on spring break because it said it doesnt close till midnight.
i'll be gone in philly for the rest of the weekend but i'm gonna try again on monday. let me know how many you need. there is a limit of 5 per customer and i'm only buying 1.

I wouldn't even bother coming to see this show, UMD does a horrible job of putting on concerts.

are you serious? wow. i've been to a boatload of awesome shows there. the only problem i ever had at UMD was Art Attack a few years ago when we got rained out on the field, and everyone was sent home…

the last show i went to at Cole Field House was fabulous. Muse & Razorlight about a year ago…security was so lax that we ended up hanging out with both bands as they played each other in soccer after the show.

looks like i'm going to have to go back to see productions and tighten up their security. i did it ten years ago, i could do it again.

The Muse concert has been the only decent show UMD has gotten here over my tenure here. The people who run SEE (the entertainment booking agency on campus) are completely incompetent. The school is such a major market and yet they either just get totally shitty shitty shows or they don't get shows at all. It's really awful.
