Every website seems to say this show is a done deal…May 20th, Gang of Four (original lineup) at 9:30. But no ticket information or confirmation by the club…

The show is happening, their PR firm has guest listed me…for whatever reason tickets aren't on sale yet, maybe up to the band or their management. Rest assured the show is going to be announced.
Anyone know when the NYC Gang of Four shows go on sale? I got tickets to see Spamalot in NYC on the 20th and am thinking about going up a couple days early to see Gang of Four.
answering my own questions…. they are on sale for a whoopiing $36 dollars ($25 + service charges galore) good thing clear crap has their own ticketing agency now.
Okay, I DO get 9:30 email updates, I do check the website regularly, and I do receive a variety of ticket seller emails…but no mention of the Gang of Four show.
So…how do I get myself to be more in the know?

Patience, my boy! The fact that you already know they're coming puts you well ahead of many people even remotely interested in seeing Gang of Four. Many of my friends didn't even know they reformed. As soon as tickets are announced, just look here and you'll know. It's really that simple. You'll be fine, I swear. HONEST. You can go drink some nice soothing herbal tea and lay off the coffee the rest of the day ;)
for whatever reason the 9:30 club announces their shows later than most venues, so just keep checking back. Weds & Thursday are always the best
and if this is any indication, tickets for gang of four are still available in nyc…

Pollstar is still listing the show as TBA for the 20th. But I saw Seth's reply a while back and have been waiting patiently.

Kosmo, Irving Plaza is nice venue…I saw Orbital there back in 95 or 96. And I have tix for Spamalot the end of April.

It's happening, as I have tickets. I'd think that with the presale last week, the show might be announced in today's 9:30 Club email with tickets going on sale tomorrow.
just looked on www.tickets.com. No Go4 on there yet, but these go on sale tomorrow (4/7): Get up Kids 6/22; Peter Murphy 5/15; Futureheads 6/4; and Kraftwerk !!
OK according to Pollstar, Gang of 4 will be at the 930 on 5/20. Early show? Late show? Who knows … NIN's opening act the Dresden Dolls are also booked for the 930 that night. Does this mean NIN will play too ??
