not only is Seth the owner of the 930 club, but he gets calls at 10 at night from Jose Andres to eat???

I just found out that Seth lives a couple of houses up from my best friend. Meaning that at least bi-weekly, since I was seven years old, I have driven and/or walked by his house. Which is also a three minute drive from my house.

I've always wanted to walk by his house, but I've never been able to figure out the password to the gate. Anybody have the password?
