I miss Chimbley Sweep (was that her name?) and her judgemental dispatches on what a bunch of un-cultured creeps drivers and non city dwellers are.

Really I do. She cracked me up. Not in a way that she intended, but just the same…

Screw these folks, I miss Joe Strummer.

Anybody catch the late night SNL last week with Ron Howard and special musical guests, The Clash.

"Straight to Hell" was unbelievable.

I saw it, sounded real good. Mick Jones orange parachute pants were a bit much though.Funy how style seems cool one day but when you look back it's "What were they thinking?"

THere have been so many name changes by people here that I have lost track of who is who. I don't wish to put the effort in, so for all I know all the old regulars are still here just under names I don't know.

Even though Dupek and I had an occasional falling out (most notably when he embedded a scream sound file on every single thread of Doomlink, and I knew better than to ever, ever click on a URL he'd posted from work, my overall opinion of him was that he was a good guy, and occasionally very funny. So I hope he reappears.

And yeah, with all the damn name changes I'm never sure who anyone is. I wasn't sure who anyone was from the beginning, so it's not even like I lost track, I didn't have track.
