skip Thievery. They'll be back. Go see one of the other shows.

If I go to that show, it'd be more for TVOTR than anything.
Afternoon t-storms/evening showers on saturday. Starting to lean toward Burma->Apples.

TV on the Radio is SOOOOOOOOOOO good live though. I've already seen them twice - including at Virgin Fest when they were playing to a larger, outdoor crowd. They still fucking brought it.
Just get tickets in the orchestra. Even if it does rain, who cares. It's not like its going to be another Radiohead show or something.

seeing Birdland (aka Celebration) and TV on the Radio open up for Firewater at the Ottobar a number of years ago was probably one of the best shows I have ever been to in my life.

9/21 - Cocks at Ottobar versus Gojira at Fillmore versus Lush/Tamaryn (I am leaning towards Cocks)
10/28 - Shonen Knife/Natural Velvet at the Ottobar versus Puerto Rico Flowers at Windup Space versus Gorguts/Intronaut at Metro Gallery (I am leaning towards PRF for this one… That is a super rare show. Maybe I can at least catch Gorguts set as well, if they don't play at the same time)
