The poster is 19 x 25, two colors, silkscreened on a swank brownish paper. The poster is personally approved by Mr. Greg Dulli and Mr. Mark Lanagen who will be swinging through town November 15th. The poster will be available at the show as well at
El Jefe Design later this week.
Sorry for the size… any smaller and you couldn't see the pretty stars.

The poster will be on sale at the show for ten bucks and on the site for twenty while supplies last. The site is higher due to shipping and handling. Hope to see you there.

It was a good show. Two observations.
1. Its astounding to me how fat Dulli is now.
2. The two Afghan Whigs songs they played made everything else pale in comparison.

Anybody else go? I though the Lanegan stuff was fantastic but TS kind sagged in the middle, kind of like Dulli's own saggy middle. The man is LARGE.
Glad I picked up a poster since it looked like they had sold out by the end.

If you are referring to their show at the 9:30 Club on 2006/06/02, then I thought it was one of the three worst shows I've seen all year. Like, "Oh, God, when will this show be over; I so want to leave now." But that had more to do with the horrendous sound, which was
painfully loud even with earplugs, than anything to do with Dulli's performance. Dulli wasn't bad at all.

It was a good show, not as great as the 9:30 show though. They played Fat City which I have never heard them do before and most of my other favorites. I thought the show was great, but the encore was just kinda boring. I guess I am use to them coming out and doing 3 or 4 Afghan Whigs songs, instead they did some random songs with Mark Lanegan that I don't think I knew. He has a nice voice, but he really knows how to kill the energy of a rock show. Dulli didn't do any Afghan Whigs songs at all last night, but I can understand that he wants to move on from that. After all, it has been 8 years since the last album. Silverboots Bobby is worth the ticket alone.

I really liked the show and loved the Lanegan sets, but I'm a big Lanegan fan overall. "I'll take care of you" was great.
Jeff Klein was good, the Stars of Track and Field could have been renamed The Stars of Total and Absolute Forgettableness for more truth in advertising.
The sound at the Black Cat was pretty good last night, much better than I expected with all of the complaints about it as of late.
I had a blast.
