Movie Theater, Extinct = Drugstore

Maybe it's a rule in local real estate that CVS gets first dibs on old movie theaters….. I just saw that the old DuPont 5 theater site is now a CVS!  (Well, maybe it's been there for awhile, but I just saw it)
Ahhh, even in Dupont Circle sweet cinematic memories can now emerge while shopping for mundane necessities.
Isn't the old Tower Records also a CVS?
It's sort of like that TV show on what would happen to Earth if there were no people. But here, if culture disappears, CVS encroaches like moss.
Do they sell Brawndo?
It should be a starbucks.

What tv show is that? Is it based on the book on the same topic? The World Without Us By Alan Weisman
There were a few of those shows after his book/I Am Legend came out.  The one with Chernobyl was killer…anytime there are creepy baby dolls overgrown with weeds I get all freaked out.
