RE: Primal Scream Ticket Price

$25? Awesome!  Price for a single ticket after fees? $35!  WHAT THE FUCK??
($6 service charge + $4 'shipping' EVEN IF I PICK THEM UP AT THE BOX OFFICE?!)
So now I have to schlep out to the box office and pick it up in person.  Thanks Seth. Thanks 9:30 Club.  What a fucking ripoff!!
Sounds like standard tickets.com charges to me.

TM charges would be worse.
…we can't do any better than that?!  I understand the need to make a profit on ticket sales, but if i'm just picking it up at will-call then why the need for an ADDITIONAL $4 charge?
I agree. But it's always been there.
I understand that - I'm just sayin'!  I thought Obama was supposed to bring change??
Primal Scream are coming???   When???

EDIT: Never mind; I just saw this:

Primal Scream  9:30 Club Friday, 3/27/09 8:00PM EDT On Sale on 12/18/08 10:00AM EST

Sure you can do better, just go to the club and buy tickets at the window. No fees, other than the $1 fee. You do have that choice.
This argument has been going on for over 10 years…

My recommendation: don't buy a beer at the club.  Not because it will hurt Seth's profit margins, but because you'll come back after the show and bitch about that too.

Doubtful.  TM will ship your tickets for free.

True. But TM have that "processing" fee on top of a high service charge (35-40%-ish).
Thank God…finally a concert I'm REALLY excited about!
I have to admit that I'm psyched about the $25 face price!
