It's not cancelled, It's only postponed. The lady at the club said they're not sure when it'll be yet, but that was a few hours ago, and I've heard May 4th, but I'm not sure.
I was going to buy my tickets for 150.00 but since I talk to a relative of her was giving me the inside scoop that the show was going to be cancel cuase she was going to perform in american idol. I was sooo happy I didn't spend that amount of money for tickets. For those who did I feel your pain.

you know, when i buy tickets to a show, i usually get all excited from the time i buy them to the show, sometimes staying at a hotel because i live far from the venue, and making a whole trip about it. concerts are not drop in the pan, last minute adventures for me, they can become big deals that make me happy. if i discovered the artist i wanted to see canceled their show because they wanted to be on american idol . . . i would boycott them and call them a cunt to anybody that would listen. what a douche. she is a fucking hack. i hope when she comes back, everybody buy a guiness, drink it, and pelts the cunt with the cans.

I agree….I have absolultely no idea who this lady GA GA is (other then the fact that drag queens apparently like her) but…I'm a firm believer in living up to commitments. I know sometimes bigger and better things come along but those are the breaks. Maybe she'll tank on Idol….that would be fun.
I'll bet her management pressured her into it and she probably caved, not really stopping to think about what an uncool move that would be. That's a 23-year-old wannabe diva for you. I think it's gross personally. American Idol? Really? It'd be so easy for her right now to be punk rock, tell them to go screw and STILL make a fortune. Once upon a time, that's the route Madonna took. You can piss off your corporate sponsors, cause a ton of buzz, sell more records because of it, AND still keep the money even if your commercial only airs one time. It's kind of genius in a way. You become the media whore but are still somewhat legit because you make it appear that you're in control of how badass you want to be. Suckling at the teat of corporate pigs or shit like American Idol will just make you rise higher faster and crash harder. Maybe Gaga will surprise us all and pull a Millie Jackson and take a dump on Simon and then make out with Paula Abdul. Now that would be hot.
I caught about 30 seconds of her act on American Idol, and as usual, drag queens have shit taste in entertainment.
