what are your 4th of july plans?

what will you be doing on saturday?  so far i don't have much planned so i'm looking for suggestions.

currently the only things that i'm considering are catching the fireworks on the mall (but not from on the mall itself - i'll be somewhere just north), then moseying on over to the black cat for the "4th of july funk fest" (http://washington.going.com/event-616150;4TH_OF_JULY_FUNK) - not 100% certain on the BC, tho.  anything else i should be considering?

bummer that the orb was canceled, i was looking forward to that.
Grill, beer, friends and go to Marymount to watch the fireworks at the country club (which are surprisingly excellent).
I'll be laying by the pool all day.
poker, beer, yelling, screaming, acting like a brat, cussing, grilling, singing, shooting off cheap, side of road fireworks, bonfire, dancing naked around it . . . you know, a usual saturday night.
Heading to Ocean City for the second leg of my vacation.  I used to avoid that place like the plague on holidays, but seeing as the 4th is also the anniversary of the day my wife and I met (at the Econo Lodge Pool Bar, no less), it's become a tradition.
I work, and it hasn't been made clear if we're closing early. Outside of that, just beer and fireworks.

Id love to go into DC but I dont think Ill make it in time for the fireworks.
i was going to do fireworks/the orb.. but now probably just fireworks and then go home. any good shows that night anywhere around here?

heading to lake tahoe for poker, grilling, drinking and fireworks. . .and maybe some blackjack at the casinos.
i was going to do the Orb, but now im going to be working for 10-11 hours, then party.

Conor Oberst/Jenny Lewis at Battery Park (really, just the Jenny Lewis part, since I've missed every opportunity to see her otherwise this year.)

then...BBQ/Open Bar in Williamsburg.
Can you smack a hipster or two for me?

I just returned from vacation w/ family - 8 days in a van & multiple airport delays - I think I'm going to hibernate. I may go see "The Hangover". I need a laugh. Have a fun and safe fourth all!
