yes, the new Snow Patrol song, "hands open" sounds exactly like the Goo Goo Dolls.
so, why are the goo goo dolls terrible crap, yet, Snow Patrol a kickass band?
scotland? or cause they namedrop Sufjan Stevens?

I love early Snow Patrol and am bored with their later works. A little too watered down and just not as interesting.
I won't even bother discussing The Goo Goo Dolls as they aren't worth my efforts. :confused:
Not sure about the similarities. Maybe if I listened to both and thought about it.

well, everything the goo goo dolls did after superstar car wash is basically terrible crap, if that makes any difference

after hearing a few more songs from the new album, "Hands Open" is really the only "goo" sounding song……but its pretty watered down, to be sure…..my girlfriend will love it!
