VFEST Roll Call

I was kinda hoping that weezer was on the second stage, but seeing them while on the lawn will be fine.
I thought this thing ended at ten?
here's my sked.

St. Vincent: 12:45-1:35 p.m.
Mates of State: 1:30-2:25 p.m.
*Working the Charm City booth from 3-5*

Public Enemy: 5:15-6:30
The National: 6:50-7:50 p.m.
Some Weezer… Maybe some Girl Talk depending on how… young I'm feeling…
Franz Ferdinand: 9:50-11 p.m.
i just realized the only one of these bands i haven't seen before is franz ferdinand… EXCITED
Is there confirmation for that schedule?

Nothing's up on the festival's site, and the site says the thing ends at ten.
if this schedule holds: meet-up at the 932 at 2:30 pm?  any takers?

no-outside-food rule precludes baked brie :(

I'd expect delays….jesus, I've never heard of 15-30 minute stage setups between bands…IN A FESTIVAL!

The smaller stages at Lolla role over in 30 minutes. And just cause a band gets an 1:15 doesn't mean they'll play for that long.
I wonder if the line "The Brie is for Seth" will work
How is Weezers set shorter than The Bravery? That really makes no sense. Bummed about Weezer/Girl Talk conflict.
Weezer is probably doing the same set they are doing on the blink tour
Can they play the blue album in it's entirety?

Or PINKERTON?  They're the only band playing that's even worth the trouble of seeing..

no…
comments from weezer's 874983475th bassist

"I have fun watching people have a good time listening to ["Beverly Hills"] and be totally confused by something off "Pinkerton," Shriner said. "But I'm just as happy when I see all the "Pinkerton" fans light up and the "Beverly Hills" fans scratch their heads. That's fine. I think we're going to mix it up even more."

He's more like their 3rd or 4th bassist?
