no autolux roll call?

look i saw motorhead years ago with morbid angel, and saw em open last year for da preist

come on is no one going to autolux?
still on the fence…
I was on the fence between the two until a couple days ago. I figure Autolux will be back once this supposed new album is out which shouldn't be long now.
I'm going.
Kim and I will be there as long as we can get motivated enough to make the drive.  What time do they start letting people in the building?
doors at 8, first band at 8:30.

Do they still do that thing where they let you inside downstairs and then you have to queue up to go upstairs?  I always did find that a tad odd…

It typically moves smoothly unless you're going on a weekend where the upstairs doors open an hour after the building opens.
Ah OK, I had never been there other than when there was a delay between outside doors and upstairs admission.  Anyway, see y'all there tonight.
There are instances where the bands aren't quite done soundchecking, making for a delay but on weeknights, both open at the same time otherwise.
Oh no, that is tonight?  I guess I will catch them after the album arrives, unless I can leave work a little early…
We are en route.  Jurt passed Stafford.  Will see yall soon.
i'd go if they were playing at the backstage but i'll be seeing them at atp, so no biggie.

heard they're amazing live. post impressions please.
well they sounded great, but sort of boring (minus Carla on drums).  I think if that drunk guy hadn't been shouting, there would have been no "on stage banter" at all. Also, how do they only have 1 album out and not play Sugerless.
I was getting really worn out and had to leave at about 11:30.  Enjoyed what I saw and heard though.  Subzero Fun, Capital Kind of Strain, and Blanket were very good.  Not sure who all else thought what but I liked Sleepy Sun a lot as well.

it sounded pretty good but was not the most engaging performance. that's all there is to say, really.
bookerT gets the "visual pun of the month" award.  conga rats.
Yeah, that was pretty good.

Yeah, I liked Sleepy Sun a lot, but I have a feeling they sound awful recorded.
I like what I've heard from Sleepy Sun  on disc.
