Just Announced! Muse w/Silversun PIckups - M 3/1 - GMU

i can think of several reasons why they'd do that.

the system can't handle too many orders at once.  solution: space out the orders by spacing out ticket availability.

the band/management/promoter told them to do this.  they want to reward perseverance and dedication.

presale organizers want to ensure that music snobs have something to bitch about on bboards (their surcharges are too low to warrant the usual ranting).

etc.

Probably your last suggestion HAHA
My plan is to wait until the last minute, send out a flurry of emails asking if anyone has an extra, neglect to follow up on any replies, and then bitch and moan about surcharges and fees the day of.
hope they add another show so there will be a glut of tickets like the Pixies shows. That's the only way I got it for $9.

it's been a while since i stated that i heart relaxer, so here goes: i heart relaxer.
thanks bud
also, I prefer aisle seats
Now it's a DC101 presale…uhh…ok.
anyone got the skinny on the DC101 presale?

on the muse board, someone wrote that he was told that there isn't "going to be a code of any sort. He told me as far as he's concerned, on the DC 101 website there will be a link in the morning. So once you click on that link you should be taken care of and be ready to order the tickets."

but that doesn't sound right - i've never heard of DC101 having an "open", non-password-protected presale.

if i manage to get decent seats, i'll have 2 floors for sale. a PM asking for them before i decide they're for sale will put you at the bottom of the list.

does this mean i should get you a ticket?  would be happy to hook you up!
Got an email this morning from DC101, password was Uprising.  Kept retrying and eventually got a decent pair someone tossed back.
got me Sec 114, row AA  ;D
117 Row G, thank god for my friends GF actually subscribing to DC101's emails HAHA
didn't get on at 10 for this did they have floor for this presale?

I specifically selected concourse so I'm not sure.
yeah seats are still there but no floor I'll try tomorrow  ;D
Work got in the way, so I wasn't on at 10:00. I guessed the password on the my third try, but no  GA floor left. I'll try again tomorrow and hope they've kept some GA floor in reserve for the public sale.
someone texted me complaining that he was on at 10:00 sharp and they had no floors available in the DC101 presale - it was seats only.

i suspect there will be plenty of GAs available tomorrow morning.
yay, I bet Kosmo is happy to hear that right Kosmo  ;D
a pic from one of their shows, less than a month ago - i hope we get this stage show:

That's great!  It's like they're gods looking down on the pitiful mortals who dare bought tickets for their show  ;D
