yes born at Sibley Hospital. Both my parents also grew up in DC (Mom went to Anacostia High School.) Grandfather owned a liquor store too in DC. Definitely a DC native. :)

i'm obviously (to anyone that's read the nhl thread) not from here. my wife has lived in nova all of her life apart from college. when we travel she tells people we live in northern virginia, i usually say dc or near dc
