Song of the Day

Red Rain

by the White Stripes on Get Behind Me Satan is quite addictive.
my song of the day will be

"Lift Me Up" - Moby

maybe the only "great" song on his new disc..
Winter Hours – Roadside Flowers
today, it's "No Children" on Tallahassee by The Mountain Goats.

I've probably listened to it like 6 times now.

Great choice. I've been listening to a lot of MG lately as they'll be here next week. So looking forward to seeing them.

What? They were here just weeks ago. Are you talking about DC? Did I miss something? I *heart* them.

Not much, other than the fact that I moved to San Francisco almost two years ago. ;)

I will be more clear next time: The Mountain Goats are playing two nights in San Francisco next week.

Today is all about the Foo Fighters

So far I like "DOA" the most on the album…

Also, before I leave today I will crank the following:

"Since You Been Gone," Kelly Clarkson

You must be thinking of someone else.Scream for I'm on the LAmb but I aint no Sheep and 7 Sreaming Dizbusters for me in my absence! They should do the album On Your Feet or On Your Knees in it's entirety. One of the best live quitar albums ever IMHO.
Have you heard Ted Leo's cover of this?

"Since You Been Gone," Kelly Clarkson

I prefer the Rainbow version.

Roger Glover was no Dio, but it's still a classic '70s arena-rock anthem.
