can you really separate Ryan Adams solo from the Cardinals? I mean, he's the chief songwriter. The Cardinals are just a backing band.

I don't disagree there.
Joe, I'm just pointing out that this albums with the Cardinals are better than his solo albums. Don't know why…but it's true.
