The best part of this is the contrast between the pale white skin of the perv and that it happened at a tanning salon. It's like something out of some comedy skit. Strangly enough, there is also a beauty to this but that's using my artistic right side of my brain and imagining it via photography or cinemagraphically. If it happened to me in real life, I'd probably just laugh while also being repulsed.

Yeah, I couldn't help but notice the pale skin/tanning salon contrast, too. I was wondering if maybe his exposing himself there was a cry for help, and maybe all he wanted was a free tanning session….

Who knows! I sort of thought that maybe his cry for help was in the vein of screaming, "Hey, I'm beautiful too.". It's all so David Lynch like.
