agreed, contests are cool regardless of the musical style. be grateful when it's something you like, skip to the next if you don't.
but i'm with walkies on the names of modern metal bands… they've become a parody of themselves. "dying fetus"? "as blood runs black"? "fleshgod apocalypse"? seriously?

Darkest Hour is cool but wow they really got on a shitty tour. It looks like a line-up that Ozzfest's second stage would get in 2005.
