I was up at the time but in Greenbelt; didn't feel a thing. 2.3 is tiny but it was centered where a lot of people live, thus the hoopla.

per the link that grateful posted, there were two quakes along the ring of fire… worrying.  on the positive side, no tsunami warning (anymore?)
