Anyone know if there's going to be a pre-sale password for tomorrow's onsale? Thanks!
Fiona Apple
Indeed. Wondering the same thing. Though that's much more than I was anticipating paying for it.
I don't mind paying that much. it seems like everything costs 50 dollars now for anyone who's had more than 2 albums out.
Looking for the password too!
Yeah, right.
Not.
Every show listed for sale at the 9:30 is currently $35 or less.

If it's a presale tomorrow, probably a safe bet that the pw will be in an e-mail tonight. (Despite a full blast going out yesterday…)

And correct me if I'm wrong, you've never paid more than $13 for a concert ticket?
maybe he's talking about Feist? or Death cock for cutie?
I think $40 with fees (for a Belle and Sebastian show in NYC) was the most I've ever paid for a ticket.

Nevermind.
What is the capacity of this show?
Dunno, but I'm not holding my breath for tickets this morning.

Google is your friend.
Downstairs is an intimate music hall and performance space. With a capacity of about 200 (seated and standing), it?s a unique setting to experience today?s most talented, on-the-verge artists, up-close-and-personal. Drinks (cash bar) are available for purchase during shows.
Ok… and this goes back to a conversation we had months ago.
Someone said that all tickets on stubhub are physical tickets that people already have.
I don't see how this is possible if the capacity of the 6th and I Synagouge is 200 and there are already 140 tickets on Stubhub for this show?? hmm………………..

That's assuming you know how to google. I think 900 is about right.

Exactly. I did Google and got everything from 200-900. ::)
And no, the only ones for sure on Stubhub are the ones with the green Instant Ticket Download. That said, it /is/ safe to get tickets from Stubhub even if they don't have the tickets. At worst, you get a full refund. Once my family got new tickets and like $500 in credit for our troubles (just call and bitch a lot). Most times though Stubhub will buy from the available tickets and fulfill your order, and charge the scalpers stupid enough to list tickets they don't have for it. ;D A quick peek also showed that about 50 people have already *bought* non-existant tickets for this show before the onsale for $90-120, so obviously the demand is going to be crazy…

i saw fiona apple open for coldplay back in 2006. her performance was pretty terrible. has she improved much since then?
what does it say about her that my standards were low enough to see coldplay and she couldn't entertain me?

I thought so…can't find the original thread but someone on here was saying that every ticket on stubhub is available and that's clearly not the case.

whoever said that was wrong. anyone can list anything on stubhub, no proof is required. when stubhub sells you a ticket they are going off a promise from the seller that he/she can actually supply the ticket.
