PoP's in the Alley

Petworth natives are getting restless about the alley betw the club and the Atlantic Plumbing building…

well this should be good.  does the club own that alley?  is it a public space or private property.  if it is public, i would tell them to fuck off and call a cop if they tried to stop me.

Gotta say I disagree - the club uses the alley (owned or not) as part of their business model.  The DC govt has given tacit approval for the practice of blocking access for *maybe* 45 minutes after some shows for 16 years now.  I think that guy (not That Guy) just needs to walk the fuck around the block and shut the fuck up.

Gotta say - DC was a much more fun place before a slew of self-entitled white kids moved in.
