Credit Card Debt issues.. (not just for Sweetcell)s

My motto is "don't buy what you can't pay for at the end of the month.."

Anyways it emerged on the other thread that Sweetcell purchased some World Series tickets assuming the Yankees would make it.. didnt happen as Yankees  got swept and he has not been refunded for his purchase while the bill is now due…

Personally, I think he should pay the bill and take the credit.. that way he won't have to worry about the steep interest charges which on his credit card run 20.8% apr

I should add that if you're paying 21% on your credit card you ought to get some credit counseling.


And a "life coach" may also help. usuallly if you're having trouble with the credit card bills its a sure sign other things will be "off"

I put everything on one credit card to earn airline miles.

I pay it all off the day i get the statement.

This is a really good point… I think some organizations offer such services pro bono…. but I'd have to check to find one for Sweetcell…I think my neighbour does this but its for profit…her car is stenciled with some ad about government jobs..
