Concert pictures, set lists, records etc thread

john lydon and the boys rocked hard at UHall
really enjoyed the set
New song 'the one' sounded great

Lu is playing his guitar with a light up portable fan

many were shut down by lu's guitar tech asking for this, so I did'nt even bother.
holy holy @ birchmere 1.14.16
oh yes I was just thinking about the show…I might have bought a shirt if I had seen it for sale…

yeah, love that pick of him pointing his finger out
i was able to keep it together for the main set (which sounded even heavier than the lp), but began to lose my collective during 5 years, changes, life on mars and all the young dudes.
shook tony's and woody's hands on their way off and tony signed my 'man who sold the world' lp.
did not pick up the shirt, already have the live cd (which is great), but did get the visconti odds & sods comp, which I have not yet listened to.
i was the 3rd person there, so was able to seat myself in front of tony's amp.
saw woody having a smoke outside the bus in the afternoon, but didn't wanna bug him.
loved everything about the show, band, singer, etc.
crowd was glorious and celebratory throughout - best wake ever.
so glad they stayed on the road.
now buffin? crap.

yeah…was having fun until they played 5 Years (and damn did it sound good) and started to get a little weepy for the missing Alien
Horrendous at the Ottobar
was that last caption Rhetorical?
Horrendous is the name of the melodic death metal band that was in the picture.

They were quite good; my favorite of the night.
my post was in jest and you fell right into it
No, I knew you were joking and answered anyway.  ;D

Agree they were good. They and Full of Hell were the only bands I cared for that night. Left soon after the headliner went on.
I hate p/i/L with a passion, and sometimes I don't know why . . . but thanks for those photos.  sex pistols hold the most special place in my heart when it comes to music, so it is nice to see mister rotten on a stage.  with those looks.

oooh that is a good one.. metal box is killer too
and "flowers of romance" - killer drum sound on '4 enclosed walls '.
Turn the bass up for all of Metal Box. Especially on the opener, Albatross. Your ears will thank you later.
