Bauhaus 2013 Tour - Or Not

let me guess . . . youve never heard of lindsay lohan either.
I realize what it looks like for Peter, but whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Jeez you goths are cynical.
bearman . . . you do realize this is america.  "innocent until guilty"?

oh thats a good one.
Money talks. The lawyer probably presented a case about the financial impact on others dependent on Peter doing the tour.

Personally, I'm not making a judgement on whether his personal outcome was fair or not because we all know the law too often is based on who can and will pay rather than what is fair. Also, only know what's been in print and that too can be slanted in either direction.

I just know that the man's image of cool has been greatly damaged with those photos.

He didn't pay anything… people have a right to make a livelihood and not be jailed for these kind of charges ….it is a charge not a finding of fact!

I think the press will likely help him… more press.. and lets face it in rock "stars" this kind of behavior is not that uncommon…. and peter murphy in the news before a big US tour i think will help his ticket sales..
He should serve jail time if he is convicted of hit and run while on drugs.  And he should have a high bail as he is not a US resident.

Oh, you can be sure that he or someone else (label maybe) paid that lawyer big time!
That's more like an Atomicback!

Actually I haven't had black hair since 1992.  Gone back to the natural blonde.  But I will say that chick's shoulders are about as broad as mine.
