Neutral Milk Hotel set times

Oops. Wrong spot.
Thanks, Sweetcell.
wrong sub-board.
So how many of us will be there?
Approximately alll of us.
Let me guess. Nasally voiced "singer" with pseudo-slacker-intellectual lyrics and deliberately shoddy production?

You're above pretending you're unfamiliar with NMH and "guessing" what they're like. Come on, that's an atomic move.
I think I *might* have listened to one of their albums once about five years ago,  hated it, made the mental notes I just recounted and wrote them off. Before that, I had only heard their name. True story.

Or then again, maybe I only thought I heard them, and gave the review as if I had.

Where is the show?  I already saw them at the church in Baltimore.
The 2640 show cant be touched… This one is at DAR.

As for NMH, I listened to them for the first time last year, after I bought my ticket to 2640.  I had heard their name before in magazines, but for some reason I never pursued listening to them.  Now after getting their albums and seeing them live, I am definitely a fan.
That's too funny!  I listened to them for the first time last year, after I missed out on getting tickets to Mangum solo and the 2640 show.  I had heard their name before in magazines, but for some reason I never pursued listening to them.  Now after getting their albums and looking forward to seeing them live, I am definitely a fan.
I think the Jeff Magnum show at Lincoln was better than the 2640 space show.  Maybe hearing him do the songs a second time lost some of the excitment, maybe it was the lack of alcohol at the venue.

that was a fantastic show.  He was so good on his own.
I missed the French horn and saw stuff, so looking for to the full crescendo on some of their numbers
Not sure why he only does seated venues?

Stop by this on the way out of town and bring Joe with you.
I listened for the first time about 5 years ago, and spent the whole summer listening to Aeroplane.
The Lincoln Theater solo show was sweet and touching, and the NMH show in Richmond this fall was a blast.  I am looking forward to a happy crowd tonight.

I think Sean might go to that. Morgan and I are both sick so I don't think we will make this a two show night…

im not sure what is more interesting . . . the sounds here, in the foreground or the people there, in the background.
Just printed my ticket and cringed when I saw what (and who!) I paid:

Price $34.00 x 1
Service Fee $8.45 x 1
Facility Charge $2.00 x 1
Order Processing Fee $4.00
Print-at-Home $4.75

Total $53.20
got mine thru crowdsurge:

ITEM PRICE           $36.00
BOOKING FEE         $4.40
                          ————-
TOTAL                $40.40

$4.75 to print at home…that is insane. Saves them money to not have to print a hard ticket/mail/hold at will call.
