I thought this thread was going to be about the news coming out of Nigeria. That is, that Muslim fundamentalists do some fucked up shit (the old news), but many people for some reason are willing to give them a pass in the spirit of being liberal.

I've stopped reading hexenjagd's posts for the most part, but I saw the word GIRLS in all caps, so I'm assuming that the conversation is changed HBO's fantastic comedy drama? I thought the season finale was fantastic! The new original song by Michael Penn can't keep a good girl down that played over the last two minutes of the episode and through the credits was absolutely a fantastic way to sum things up. I'm loving Shoshana more and more every episode.

I shared an elevator ride with him and his wife a few years ago.  I don't blame him for wandering as she looked pretty old.  I thought he could do better.

And yes, CAIR has more of a responsibility to say something than some Protestant or Jewish organization.
