So finally Seth starts getting some Latin tingned music and Hutch doesn't go hog wild

but sadly Bajofondo ( band consisting of musicians from Argentina and Uruguay which aims to create a more contemporary version of tango) Cancelled this tuesday

but that would have been a great show

well they have played a lot here…but i had it on my radar…the leader, santaolalla (sic) won the Oscar for the soundtrack/score to brokeback mountain… he's lived in Mexico for decades…fled the Argentine military in the 70s…

definitely an interesting project ….they've sort of backed away from the tango..used to be called bajofondo tango club i think

i wonder if they had poor sales..

although Jules, if you were to get one, I'm sure you'd get the   deluxe model, the Teddy Roosevelt, is listed at $350.

Spotted your boy at the Bethesda metro stop about a month ago

Photo isn't that great, but you can tell by his pigeon toed gait and the way he holds his jacket/newspaper exactly who it is

well that is interesting reading…

I went through a phase about a decade ago where I really got into the Great American Songbook but I burnt out on it.. so I'm not too interested in these last few Dylan records.. my loss.
