Time's Top 100 Albums

Here we go again
telling that 4 of the albums from the 2000s are re-releases of old stuff (telling mostly about the authors, methinks)

tying in with another thread: both U2 and REM have 2 albums on the chart (as do radiohead and prince)
mehh
Yeah, that list is pretty meh…nothing terribly controversial to dispute as the usual suspects are present. Though it would have been nice to see Afghan Whigs Gentlemen album on the list. ;)
Yeah that list pretty much sucks.
That is the safest list I've ever seen.
Worst. List. Ever.
This list was mentioned this morning on some station that I sometimes listen to out of L.A.. They complained that Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon" was left off which I thought was a pretty valid complaint, especially considering how extremely mainstream this list is. The funny part for me is how very mainstream and conservative this station is. (I only listen to them for streaming Coast To Coast at night and often wake up to whatever show comes afterwards.)
enough 70s stuff?

take kid a off that list.

pink floyd have put out better stuff than dark side of the moon too so i'm not upset at all that that's not on there.

hole? whatever.

Yes, I agree with that, but we're talking ultra mainstream here.

LOL. I hadn't noticed. Guess we got lucky on that one.
