Ravens

Go Ravens!
Carry on….
+7.5 sounds like easy money to me.  January Joe is large and in charge.
I gave up on the NFL in general last season for a myriad of reasons. I haven't gotten my Ravens gear (which is plentiful, but not as much as my Orioles gear) out since 2012.

However, my disdain for Tom Brady still stands. I hope Joe Flacco destroys him this weekend.

And, of course, my friends we're visiting this weekend are Patriots fans so I'll be forced to watch the game.

ugh.
That article has it backwards. Everyone hates Tom Brady.
Tom Brady? Hated.

The organization behind Ray Rice and Ray Lewis? Scrappy underdogs.

Keep doing those mental gymnastics, folks.
I hate neither Tom Brady nor the Ravens.  Flacco seems like a nice kid.

I can't stand Ray Lewis.  Great player ≠ good commentator.

I do not hate Tom Brady, I do however hate the Ravens organization. Murderers, abusers, Bert look-alikes.

I think the murderer played for the Patriots.

Well, the Patriots at least immediately fired their murderer as opposed to, you know, retiring his number and paying his salary for another 10 years.

That is true, but he's in jail where he belongs.
If you're gonna pick a favorite NFL team based on lack of criminal records of the players then you're in the wrong league.  How many Ray Rice-type incidents do you think have occurred league-wide?  Only one was captured on video.
I can understand hating Ray Rice and Terrell Suggs for being women beaters.  But Ray Lewis didn't murder anyone.

I pretty much hate the NFL as an organization…..but I still watch a ravens game here and there (and feel guilty about it)

I also think the Ravens dont stand a chance to beat the Patriots

I'm this close **holds index finger very close to thumb** to abandoning the NFL due to the savages that are employed by the league.  The only reason I have an interest at this point as it's not hard to keep up with what's going on. One game a week, short season, etc. If it was like any other major sport, it would've left my interests long ago.

I think its the height of ridiculousness to "hate" Tom Brady for - what? - being a fine, upstanding successful citizen, and then turning around and cheering for one of the most murder and wife-beating condoning organizations in the history of sport.

I'm not saying "go out and pick your team affiliation by criminal record." I'm not saying that at all. I get cheering for your hometown team even when they sign an asshole. Hey, I do that. What I am saying is don't be the team of Ray Lewis, Ray Rice, and Terrell Suggs and then tell me all about how big bad Tom Brady is the hate-able person in the equation.

  Hey, I do that.

How about them Richmond Raiders?

Hey, I hate Peyton Manning too.  And he's even nicer than Brady.
