In most workplaces, you cannot look up that sort of stuff without it being an issue. How hard is it to type "NSFW" then hit enter several times for the benefit of people who want a heads up before they look at it at work? I'm not suggesting "do not post it ever." Just tag it so people can make a decision based on their individual environment. Everyone wins.  ;)
