Juggalos will get it tattooed on a variety of places (a friend of mine from junior high through high school became a juggalo and got it tattooed on his neck, and needless to say, he has not done much with his life). Having these markings helps them identify each other in the wild (as does their call, which is "Whoop Whoop" of course)…
