Any of the board's other vegetarian/vegan members have a recommendation on whey brands you use for protein supplemental purposes? I've been using EAS but I question the quality of the BCAAs? Thanks in advance.

Vegetarian here. I don't take protein supplements but there's plenty of protein in bourbon barrel stouts, right?

Hell, they're putting protein in Cheerios and Special K and granola bars and condoms, so why not in booze too? I'd drink it

I'm a big proponent of whey, and casein.

FWIW, I was looking for lactose - free whey protein. Muscle Milk is pretty much the only other option.
