um, maybe it should be POINTED OUT that EMPLOYEES OF THE RIAA sometimes READ THIS FORUM. let us know if you get subpoena'ed.

Since Gov't Mule openly allows taping at the shows, I don't think any recordings would be considered "bootleg".

Exactly what would the RIAA issue a subpoena for? Govt Mule allows taping and trading of shows and even sets up a tapers sections near the sound board.
